Objectives & Key Results(OKRs) is a goal-setting framework that is focused on outcomes. This framework not only works for larger companies such as Google, Uber, and Amazon, etc. but also works for individuals also. It can give people the structure needed to achieve their audacious goals.

Goals or OKRs are important and keep people motivated. By setting ambitious annual goals, and/or quarterly goals, individuals or writers can concretely begin to achieve their dreams. For example, this framework enables individuals or writers to be specific and detailed about their goals whatever they may be.

What will you accomplish as part of this goal?

Why does it matter to you?

Whatever your answer may be to these questions, it is important to tangibly view them. Viewing outcomes or results to any circumstance is easy if broken down over time.
