Meet Greg Hoy, who can do almost anything he sets his mind to: singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer, engineer, human resource wizard, art director, and CEO of a label. Mostly, he makes music.
Greg explains, “Music is in everything I do. Recruiting and hiring people is just like putting a band together. I’ve been fortunate that both sides of my brain work in tandem.”
He’s released over 30 albums under names like The Royal Panics, Greg Hoy, Greg Hoy & The Boys, and Twice As Bright. Greg Hoy & The Boys is the name he uses to pump out high-octane rock, along with the help of both male and female musicians who double as friends.
Over his career, his music has appeared on TV shows like One Tree Hill and MTV’s Made, in commercials for American Express, in Pinterest brand videos, and in Adobe games, along with performances at SXSW, CMJ, Noise Pop, and the UK’s Latitude Festival.
