Olam Foundation, a blockchain solutions provider for supply chains, announced this week that the foundation has officially changed its name to Olistics. Olam Foundation has been developing a blockchain standard to enable various logistics stakeholders from the supply chain industry worldwide to seamlessly share data, communicate, and develop their business in a trustless environment.

“It’s exciting to present a new, dynamic image for the fast-changing global logistics IT market” said Shlomo Berkovitch, VP Strategy for Olistics: “Our foundation represents what we believe to be the most rounded, long term solution for those notorious industry hassles, with new opportunities to streamline operations and create a new vibrant global eco system never before possible.”

Dana Adam, Olistics’ Chief Marketing Officer adds: “We feel that the new name better reflects the current direction of our holistic and comprehensive approach to the entire global supply chain ecosystem.”
