Olympus Labs Progress Update (25 March, 2018)
Dear community, here’s our first weekly progress update where you can learn about what the team has been up to for the past working week. We will posting weekly updates every Monday (6pm SGT) and monthly updates on every last working day of the month!

Technical Development
It’s been a busy week for the tech team at Olympus Labs! We redesigned the APP based on community feedback, completed Civic integration for KYC on our APP (more details will be announced shortly), improved certain features and fixed some bugs. Really looking forward to the official released of our APP in May!
For the protocol, we updated our mode on the Ethereum network, upgraded tx server to integrate price oracle and strategy smart contracts, continued the development of our smart contract for future integration of exchange providers and added the smart contract to the system architecture.
We have also did extensive research for the construction of our index (one of the first financial products to be released) by using the IOSCO principle (to be explained in detail). We have also researched on reusable tech architecture across multiple financial products, rebalancing and index funds to ensure that our tech architecture is scalable.

Marketing and community engagement
We would like to welcome Ivan, our Russian Community Manager to officially join the team! He will help push marketing initiatives in Russian and greater Europe area. Ivan is a blockchain enthusiast with deep knowledge in the industry. He has been early since early days of blockchain and cryptocurrency. Sure he will be a great addition to the team!

We have also set up the Olympus Improvement Plan (OIP) for developer community development. This is necessary so we can attract talented developers to build apps on our mainnet in the future! More details on the OIP will be released soon.
