“Don’t complain. everything is good. It’s not war”… those were the most often said sentences in my country.

The words of Sabina, who grow up during the period of the Bosnian War, from 1992 to 1995, which left 100,000 dead and forced more than 2 million people to flee their homes.

Sabina will help us in our AI Challenge on building a machine learning model for Post-Traumatic-Stress-Disorder (PTSD) treatment. In the following, she shares her story showing why ignorance is poison and why PTSD needs to be taken seriously. Too many have been left behind already.
