Omega Royale Raises 2 Million EUR in a funding round led by Play Ventures

The Tower Pop team is beyond excited to announce that Omega Royale, our blockchain-based Battle Royale Tower Defense game, has closed a funding round of 2 million euros. The round was led by Play Ventures, Agnitio Capital, and backed by angel investor Santiago R. Santos. This was the second funding round for Tower Pop, with the previous round being closed in early 2021. After this round, Tower Pop has raised 2.65 million EUR in total.

The initial roadmap for Omega Royale was first published in our Whitepaper with other information about Gameplay, Business Model and Polygon Technology. We’re working hard to deliver exciting news in the upcoming months!

The funds will be used to develop the game, to expand the team with industry pros, and to provide to our community in the form of different perks.
