In 2013 the Omni Layer was born in form of Mastercoin and has since then become the most used meta-protocols on top of Bitcoin.
This would not have been possible without the help of all contributors.
What’s the best way to help out?
If you are a familiar with the Omni Layer protocol, there are several ways to help the project:
- Join our Telegram group or Reddit and help out new users. There are often questions about how the protocol works, how to use of the Omni Layer applications, or to discuss cryptocurrencies as a whole.
- Write blog posts, tweets or create videos about the Omni Layer, to educate others, or to make them aware of the project. We’d love to share your content!
- Grow the ecosystem by using the Omni Layer for your project. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us, or other users, if you need help with an integration. You may take a look at our platform integration guide as starting point.
- Check out the issues sections on GitHub (e.g. of Omni Core, OmniJ or omniwallet). If you are developer, you may make your first contribution by submitting a pull request. If you are not, there is usually still a lot to do: Many users use the GitHub issues sections to ask general questions about the project.
Thank you!
Especially over the last weeks we’ve noticed a new active user on our Omni Core repository on GitHub: santos177. He contributed a lot by answering questions and pointing other users to the right direction.
While we don’t have an official bounty program at the moment, we would like to thank him for his work, so we tipped him with 100.00 Omni:
Thank you santos177 and every other contributor of the project!
