1) List five adjectives that describe you

➡️ Calm

➡️ Strategic

➡️ Empathetic

➡️ Jovial

➡️ Driven

2) Which living person do you most admire?

Elise Ransom — Friend and Head of Content at ConsenSys.

3) What do you most value in your friends?

Candor.

Radical candor is a gift. Embracing uncomfortable conversations and providing critical feedback in a timely manner — whether you’re my friend or colleague — are vitally important to me.

4) Where would you most like to live?

Barcelona. Culture, water and the Spanish language. What’s not to like?

5) What is your current state of mind?

Chill. 2018 was a crazy year for me personally and professionally. I’m approaching 2019 with a clear perspective and calm demeanor that I hope to make last all year long.

6) What is your motto?

It’s better to ask for forgiveness than permission.

7) Why are you passionate about your project?

It’s rare you get to work on something that has the potential to truly impact the world. Not in the Silicon Valley sense, but truly disrupt and change people’s lives.

8) Tell us the best story about your community

First off, I’d say it’s not “my” community. My role is to support, engage with and grow the already existing blockchain developer community. My favorite thing about this community is watching how supportive the community is with one another. I recently witnessed this first hand with our BUIDL ambassador in Bermuda. They were looking to create an ERC20 token for their meetup group. Our Cleveland ambassador connected with them and is now supporting the tokens creation. Without the BUIDL network, that may not have happened. It’s pretty cool seeing this thing go global!

9) What are three things you find the most challenging about your job?

➡️ Engaging cross timezones

➡️ Filtering the noise

➡️ Keeping up with all the latest Blockchain news

10) What are three things about your job makes you feel the most fulfilled?

  1. Working with my team. I’m lucky to be working with some of the most brilliant marketers out there
  2. Supporting the community. Watching the community grow and interact with one another is really inspiring
  3. I’m learning everyday. For me, that should be a non-starter at a job. If you’re not learning, you’re not growing

11) What is your biggest accomplishment as a community manager?

That’s yet to come… ;-)
