2. On each of the days listed below, OmniSparx will give away 0.5 ETH to 5 members of the OmniSparx Telegram Channel (t.me/omnisparx) chosen at random from a list of members at approximately 12:00 noon, US central time. There will be only one prize and one winner for each selection.

The selection will be made using a random number generator on a list of then eligible members to determine the winner.
3. The Giveaway will end after the last selection date above or after $4999 worth of ETH has been given away, whichever comes first.
4. Eligible Members of the OmniSparx Telegram Channel will be automatically entered into the Giveaway.
5. The odds of winning depend on the number of members on OmniSparx’s Telegram Channel (or other entrants) at the time of the selection.
6. Eligibility Requirements
· Must be an individual who is 18 years of age or older
· May not be an employee of, or consultant or advisor to, OmniSparx PBC or its parent company, or any of their respective affiliates, or a Household Member or Immediate Family Member (as defined below) of any of them
· Residents of the following jurisdictions are NOT eligible:
o Rhode Island, USA
o Canada
o Jurisdictions outside the USA which regulate or prohibit random draw promotions.
“Household Members” shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses.
7. OmniSparx will direct message the winners on Telegram within 3 days of the selection. OmniSparx is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive Telegram account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or winner’s failure to adequately monitor his or her Telegram account.
8. Any winner notification not responded to within 30 days may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by OmniSparx. In order to receive the prize if selected, you must provide proof of identity, including name, birthdate and residence. If you do not provide the proof in form reasonably satisfactory to OmniSparx, or if you do not meet the requirements listed in these rules, you will not receive the prize.
Satisfactory evidence includes, but is not limited to:
- A copy of a photo ID showing name and birthdate
- Photo of person holding up photo ID which is clear to viewer
- Proof of residence — recent bank statement, utility bill, etc.
9. If the winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, or does not provide satisfactory proof of eligibility, or does not claim the prize within 30 days from the time of award notification, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, there prize will not be given to any other person.
10. Claiming a prize constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of OmniSparx, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements described in these Official Rules. By claiming the prize, you grant OmniSparx permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information solely for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Winners list.
11. In order to receive the prize, after proof of eligibility, you will need to provide an Ethereum compatible wallet address. This address will be used only to transfer the prize.
12. Each winner is responsible for payment of all appropriate taxes in their relevant jurisdiction

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: OmniSparx assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Giveaway; © any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Giveaway; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Giveaway or download of any materials in the Giveaway.
If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, the OmniSparx reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway in whole or in part. In such event, OmniSparx shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and OmniSparx reserves the right to award any remaining prizes in a manner deemed fair and equitable by OmniSparx. OmniSparx shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Giveaway.

If you wish to join the contest without joining the OmniSparx Telegram Channel, please send your name and Telegram handle to OmniSparx at PO Box 192, Glencoe IL 60022 USA and state that you wish to enter the “OmniSparx Ethereum Giveaway”. Mailed entries must be received no later than 12:00 noon, U.S. central time, on the day before a selection. Your name and Telegram handle will be used only to enter you into the Giveaway and to contact you if you win. If you do not win, OmniSparx will delete your name and telegram handle from our records. You can only enter one time per person.
