According to a recent PMI’s 2017 global survey, $97 million of every $1 billion (9.7%) of enterprise investments are wasted due to poor project performance.

The latest enterprise project management data shows how challenging implementing strategic enterprise initiatives is, 14% of projects are classified as failure.

In Summary

Our statistical observations are in Q4 2017, this resulted in $56 Million crisis for the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services Industry. This article attempts to illustrate project/program failure is a real issue, and we hope your projects/programs are not a waste and/or classified as a failure.
