This week, Kong is authoring the power rankings and commentary. The theme is week is…View from the Nosebleeds.

1. Knockn On Evans Door (↔️)

Cooper Kupp continues to prove himself to be the Rams receiver to own as he’s dominated the target count with 9+ a game all season. To add to that, even with Melvin Gordon back in the mix, Austin Ekeler still looks like he’ll be the receiving back all season. If Stefon Diggs and Mike Evans can regain some semblance of their potential form, Danny’s team could be cruising to a first round bye.

2. Revenge of Charky (↑4)

Talk about a dream pickup — DJ Chark Jr. has emerged as a week-to-week weapon for what seemed like an offense filled with question mark, and Chark’s chemistry with the mustachioed Minshew is undeniable. Add to that a pair of rock-steady RB1s in DJ and Dalvin Cook and the ever-impressive Russel Wilson, and Jesse’s team is looking dangerous as we approach the first half mark.

3. Hyde Yo Chubb (↓1)

Radish took the right gamble drafting Chris Godwin instead of Mike Evans as he has come alive this season as a true WR1. Other than him, however, this team feels like it’s full of high-floor, low-ceiling players — good for a steady stream of points, but not primed for the big weeks we’ve seen this season produce. Also, Paul’s QBs scored a combined 2.14 points (thanks to a -2 outing by Baker Mayfield) — not sure how that will translate to success over the rest of the season.

4. SBBEndgame (↔️)

Alex’s team is off to a 4–1 start in his “WHATEVER IT TAKES” era — is this the season where he finally breaks through to a championship? With a roster heavily dependent on the success of Green Bay and Detroit, his season will go how theirs go, but the Packers’ heavy run play-calling at the goal line is a good sign. Michael Gallup has been a pleasant source of points, too, as long as he can stay healthy.

5. ReleaseMe (↔️)

The league scoring leader is sitting at 2–3 despite his best efforts. After a ridiculously hot start, Lamar Jackson has cooled down quite a bit, and so has his standout rookie Hollywood Brown. Sammy made a choice to live and die by stud running backs, though, and CMC has lived up to his end of the bargain. With Saquon recovering fast and returning to a new offense led by Daniel Jones, we’ll see if Sammy’s two-headed beast can carry him to the playoffs.

6. Parris Hilton (↑2)

Despite holding onto Mr. Lockout aka Melvin Gordon for the first 4 weeks, Gordon is sitting on a winning record heading into week 6. The Deshaun-Nuk combo hasn’t exactly been a guarantee every week by any stretch, but Kittle and Jarvis have provided enough boom on the weeks that the Texans bust to keep this team in the race. Can MGIII’s return be the key to propelling Gordon’s team to the upper echelon?

7. James White Claw (↓4)

I’ll be honest — I looked at Benny’s roster and was pretty unimpressed apart from his two matchup-proof locks in Mahomes and Kamara. But Benny’s strategy has panned out overall — start enough boom-or-busts to give himself a chance each week (one of them’s gotta hit, right?), and hope he’s still in position to compete when a certain star receiver comes back into the picture. Also, I still can’t believe this guy elected to shoot craps and tell us all to play “Don’t Pass”. Just pass the dice along next time, please.

8. Vincent’s Team (↑3)

The week after being brutally mocked by never-champion antagonist Alex Aur, Vincent’s WR corps gave a big middle finger to AA and the rest of the league. Thielen, Boyd, and Fuller scored a combined 114 points and helped him coast to a league-high point total for the week. What’s the likelihood of continued success from this group? Thielen probably continues to thrive with the pass-happy Kirk, but Fuller and Boyd will regress to the mean which means Vincent’s team will need to find points elsewhere, and fast.

9. ████████████████ (↓2)

███████████████████████.

10. why so derrius? (↔️)

Ramon’s team namesake has been injured since week 1, but he’s holding on hope for a grand return in time for playoffs — whether he’ll make it there or not largely depends on a few key players. Alshon has been a target fiend for Carson, but he isn’t converting on nearly a high enough percentage to be impactful, and rookie sensation Terry Mclaurin has had to deal with a QB carousel. We’re all waiting for Juju to live up to his post-AB hype, as well — not to mention his precarious QB situation, too.

11. ZEKE is my cow (↓2)

Caleb could’ve made a bet this week and at least won back his buy-in, but he rolled the dice in hopes that Raheem “Mozart” Mostert could compose a 6-point concerto and secure a much-needed victory for his team. Zeke has been a consistent fantasy force, but he hasn’t had a signature splash game yet — can he resurface as a top fantasy back? If not, Caleb’s playoffs hopes may be quickly fading.

12. pop_$ecret (↔️)

The fantasy gods have turned their collective face away from the former back-to-back champ. OBJ can’t save his wallowing QB from their awful offensive line, and his fantasy output is showing it. Amari and a resurgent ARob have provided healthy sparks to the team, but it wasn’t enough to defeat a spited Vincent’s Team this week — again, blame Alex. Sammy Watkins’ five minutes of fantasy fame seem to be drying up, as well.

13. Revenge of the Cooks (↔️)

More and more, it looks like Konky’s championship year was a fluke — even after making trades for Lev Bell and T.Y. Hilton, the team is not producing points. Hockenson has been a disappointing bust after being heralded the “next Gronk” after week 1, and the ever-confusing Chiefs’ backfield seems like a situation to avoid altogether.

14. Leegion of Boom (↔️)

The Matty Ice — Julio double dip hasn’t quite lived up to its promise, largely due to an offensive line that leaves Matt Ryan on an island of panic quite often, but Josh can at least breathe in a sigh of relief as he finally got his first win this week. Will Dissly has also been a surprising source of consistency on an otherwise questionable roster, and we’ll see if Philip Lindsay/Marlon Mack can be the RB2 staples they have the potential to be.
