I: Product launched. Brand created. Company founded.
Long story short, after a year spent building a company in KZ — creating new brand (as a CBO), making sure that everything is simple about the product and behind it (as a founder)… now I’m back to Europe, coordinating most of the things remotely, looking forward to upcoming ventures, while sharing experience one can find useful to himself.
Briefly about the company.
Within a year, new product has been launched on a territory of Kazakstan — TourSim. Along with new easy way for KZ users to save money in roaming, it has numerous advantages over native carriers.
Yet, the vision behind the company evolved to even more than just a network. To this day, TourSim team stands for the most genuine customer Support in the country, trying to do best in taking care of those who travel abroad.
Working bold.
As much of dedication a quality product requires (especially on a startup phase) as much of every bit of it I absolutely were ready to spend.
Each and every detail matters, as they usually stand for the biggest impact.
My skillset did allow me not just to come up with a name for the product, but to coordinate all of the brand design and website development processes, contribute ideas for staff etiquette and most accurate sales strategy, control construction of appealing airport boutiques and creation of engaging city ads.
Now, the result of one-year-long dedicated work, is a Brand with branches in 3 main cities and 2 international airports, continuously growing number of consumers who constantly use TourSim while traveling abroad, and most important — amazing feedback from those who choose us.
And that is something, where one might find his joy.
Consumer satisfaction’s priceless. The best marketing there is.
