Other than the Four Major Championships, this is by far one of my favorite tournaments of the year. Golf fans get the chance to express their true, drunken selves, just as fans in other sports get the chance to do every week. Golfers have the opportunity to interact with fans and experience what it is like to perform under the pressure of thousands of screaming fans. The Stadium Hole at the Waste Management Open is unlike any other in the sport. Oh and on top of that, this tournament always draws a great field.

Last week was a solid week, 10 out of my 12 picks made the cut, which resulted in a great week on Draftkings.

Below are my picks for this week at the Waste Management Phoenix Open. I’ll save you the extensive explanations for my picks. These picks are based on my research, gut instincts, and my obsession with DK golf. The following phrases are used to explain my reason for this week’s picks:

Horse for the Course: Great course history.

Form: Great recent form.

GPP: Likely to be low owned in large tournaments and will be a great choice to differentiate your lineup from the rest of the field.

Gut Feeling: No real reason, just a flyer that I’m taking a chance on to really separate myself from the field.

Way too Cheap: A player that is a must play simply because he is criminally underpriced compared to his potential.

Jordan Spieth ($12,000) — Horse for the Course /Form/GPP

Justin Thomas ($11,500) — Form

Gary Woodland ($9,000) — Form

Ryan Moore ($8,600) — Horse for the Course/Form

Brendan Steele (8,200) — Form

Pat Perez ($8,000) — Form/ ASU graduate

Tony Finau ($7,600) — Form

Russell Knox ($7,500) — Form

Matt Kuchar ($7,400) — Gut Feeling/ Way too cheap for Kuuuuuuch

Marc Leishman ($7,000) — Form/GPP

Louis Oosthuizen ($6,900) — Form/Gut Feeling/ Way too cheap for a Major Champion
