4 Habits To Stop Overthinking and Start Living
What are you worrying about?
Have you ever felt like your brain is working against you?
One of the biggest things holding people back from the life they truly want is they can’t stop overthinking; they can’t turn their brain off. They don’t know how.
We all do it from time to time — get stuck on the same thoughts and ideas, worries and fears, turning them over and over until they seem bigger than they are.
Overthinking isn’t just something that happens to us; it’s something we do to ourselves. As the saying goes: "There’s no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing.” It’s the same in our heads: There are no bad thoughts, just bad thinking habits.
I’ve spent much of my life as a worrier — afraid of what might happen if I made a mistake or the wrong move. Easier said than done, right? But I wanted to achieve this mindset so badly I started researching how I could change my way of thinking and become more relaxed in my everyday life.
