Do you ever feel you want a life do-over?

Not just a passing feeling, but a drive for change that’s surging up from your gut. So strong, it makes you feel disoriented, even a little sick?

Heaps of people sign for coaching wanting to change their lives. People like me want to help them.

But there’s a problem. The life they have is just too sweet. Too comfortable. Too ring-fenced by the needs their lives fill and all the “stuff” they’ve gotten used to.

There’s not enough incentive to put in the effort, to get off the proverbial couch and switch things up.

So they try for a bit. Then they don’t.

And another year passes.

Then another.

Beyond the hard road

You have to be desperate to change. Or disgusted. Both is good.

I know, that sounds a little hard core, but there’s some truth to it. Unless the life you’re living becomes untenable, it’s very hard to change it.
