Do you lack confidence?

Then you’re a paid up member of a very big club.

Clients often cite a lack of confidence as the quality that is holding them back — whether it be at work, in relationships, creative pursuits — or just in pursuing their passions and goals .

Their goal in signing up for therapy or coaching is to shore up their self — belief in their vulnerable area.

It’s a good aim. Confidence — a belief in oneself and one’s abilities — underpins our capacity to handle life’s “tough stuff”, make decisions, achieve goals and just feel at ease in the world.

It plays a crucial role in motivation, resilience, and overall well-being.

So why wouldn’t you want more of it?

Confidence is just a belief system

People often worry about their lack of confidence.

They want more of it — for themselves, and for their kids. They view it as a quality that’s difficult to attain, something outside themselves, something others have but eludes them.
