Ted’ll teach you the basics of slicing venison, beef, elk or caribou grips and then send you off to his marinade bar to create your proprietary custom meat bath. With wine and beer provided as you work, the meat won’t be the only thing marinating. Hilarity is practically guaranteed! And when you’re done, just leave your tub o’ beef with Ted for a few days and he’ll dehydrate your portion into unique Manhattan-Made meaty delights.
