As always, our mission is to connect people with knowledge. We started as the best and only personal knowledge management tool focused on web content. Now we’re extending to the work space area. We just launched Kifi for Teams service into public beta.

The use of web content is on the rise in companies large and small. Many of us tap into resources on the web every day, as a routine part of our job. Web content is often the key to the research and decisions that we make every day. Yet, web content is almost a second class citizen. Most teams don’t have ways to use it, organize it or present it.

With Kifi for Teams, we are taking on the challenge of organizing web content and resources in ways that make it accessible for people at work every day. We make it easier to find the resources you use all the time, so that our productivity increases and you save time. Kifi for Teams is designed first for small teams, because we saw the greatest need there. Large companies have big budgets to design their own in-house systems. Small companies haven’t had the same kind of adaptability. That’s what Kifi for Teams provides.

Some 100,000 people already use our web-centric knowledge management tool. Kifi for Teams allows teams to engage in an almost unlimited number of ways with web content: You can collect it, organize it into Libraries, chat over it, tag it, highlight it, and search it for instance. Our search is full-text and fully indexed: In other words, it can find a single word or phrase deep within a page. At Kifi we try our best to integrate with your daily habits, we will show your team’s keeps in google search result page so that you’ll always be on top on what others in the team are up to.

The features that make Kifi what it is are the same ones that companies like Emisare values.
