The Realm of the Possible
It’s conceivable that A.I., artificial technology, could be asked to create new Beatles music in the future. As a thought experiment, that’s wonderful enough to contemplate on its own. It might also be seen some day soon as a proof-of-concept for an emerging A.I. intelligence.
Imagine a cutting edge A.I., known as “Arti,” and how this new intelligence tries to fix a longing humans have had for many decades now — to hear a new Beatles LP.
Should we let that be? How could it even happen?
Here, presented as a short story rather than a traditional article, is a mind-provoking narrative about the creation of a brand new album of Beatles music, the best that the band had ever made since the 1970 break-up.
This is only a thought experiment at this point. It has not happened… yet…
