Since its first presentation by the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) in June of 2020, the Intelligence Authorization Act has been right in the middle of a growing debate about “Advanced Aerial Threats.” The SSCI showed support for the “efforts of the Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon Task Force at the Office of Naval Intelligence” and requested an unclassified report detailing the analysis of UFOs/UAP.

It’s not a meaningless request either as it came with a ticking clock. The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (who is supposed to coordinate the report) was given a 180-day deadline to finish up the report. Since former President Trump signed the Omnibus bill that included the SSCI/UAP bombshell on December 12, 2020 that means the actual due date is June 25th, 2021.

Easily overlooked, however, is that this provision is not technically law, and there is no guarantee that a comprehensive UAP report will be made public, leaving many advocates of “UFO Disclosure”…
