We are constantly improving Onboardly to fast-track employee management processes, and we have just shipped new updates to ease your HR work. Plus other great news.

New Time Off Feature

Previously, employees who needed to be away from work could not request time off via their Onboardly dashboard.

The “Time off” feature now enables employees to submit leave requests within two minutes, removing the hassles of filling out paperwork. With this, you can request time off and track the status of your time off.

Zoho Integration

Companies can now provision Zoho emails, de-provision existing Zoho emails for departing employees, and import previous Zoho user profiles to employees’ Onboardly accounts.

Other Improvements:

  • We revamped the onboarding process. We simplified the flow into a multi-step phase that saves you time by allowing you to choose a candidate to onboard, rather than manually enter information.
  • We added a contract scheduling feature. With this, HR teams can create offers and schedule them to be sent at a later date.
  • Contract review feature, which allows HRs to add reviewers to a contract, solicit comments, and seek approval.
  • Users can view the status of contract offers from their dashboard.
