Our team has been busy this summer reviewing your feedback on how to continue improving the OnCall Health platform.

There’s still more to come, but we’re ready to announce the release of two new tools: Interactive Forms and Assessments, and In-video Screen Sharing.

Interactive Forms & Assessments

Interactive forms can be electronically assigned to clients to complement your in person or online video appointments.

Tracking a client’s progress over time can be an extremely valuable tool. Below are just a few examples of the forms/assessments currently available at no additional cost to you:

  • PHQ-9
  • GAD-7

Custom forms/assessments can also be made available at an additional monthly cost.

In-video Screen Sharing

Using the OnCall desktop app for Mac or Windows/PC, you will be able to share your screen with clients or colleagues.

This is a great way to review homework exercises together, or collaborate on documents.

There’s still more to come but we’d love to hear your thoughts! Please feel free to contact support@oncallhealth.ca with any further questions.
