Introducing Ondo Yield Guild Vaults
Bridging NFT and DeFi communities
We are excited to announce a new partnership with Yield Guild Games, a pioneer in the NFT and gaming space that is bringing players together to earn yield via NFT games. For those new to our community, Ondo is building a suite of on-chain banking services focused on making DeFi yields accessible to institutional and mainstream retail investors.
Ondo has created vaults that unlock single-sided risk-controlled exposure to decentralized exchange liquidity pools. In the first step of our partnership with Yield Guild Games, we plan to leverage these vaults to unlock the ability for YGG holders to obtain single-sided YGG yield derived from the ETH / YGG Sushiswap liquidity pool (“SLP”). These vaults will also let others earn fixed ETH-denominated yields from the ETH / YGG SLP while minimizing risk from impermanent loss.

The vaults we plan to launch will offer 25% APY fixed yield on ETH and, based on trailing 7d data, ~615% APY on YGG (though this is highly variable and excludes the impact of impermanent loss). The vault will have a fixed 30 day duration and contributed capital will be locked for that time. There will be a three-day open window starting on October 1 when users can subscribe to the vault.
