Digital transformation is taking a series of changes (from operation and leadership methods, working processes to corporate culture) to solve the long-standing issues that add cost, complexity, and inefficiencies to supply chains.

In Vietnam, we are now at the process of transform from traditional models to digital enterprises by applying new technologies such as Big Data, the Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud computing.
