An Easy Way to Create and Remember Passwords

If you have many different users on many different platforms like me, passwords are nothing but exasperation for you.
You probably follow the path I followed, turn around one or two different passwords, and apply the same passwords on all sites.
The solution is to create a password method that I can adapt to any site.
Keep some words and symbols constant, just change site names.
I have two examples below.
GeorgeHiMedium123*1992
24JaneAmazon*20
This system is basically a method that you can adapt to all sites. Its weakness is that with a single password mistake your other accounts could be at risk!
