Waking up early in the morning is sometimes a difficult task for us. We are unable to beat the alarm. Why?

Have you ever asked yourself why you can’t get up early?

I bet you have. And to be honest, you know the answer as well.

Let’s come to the point instead of beating about the bush.

The only one trick that works better and needs no motivation at all is to sleep early.

No matter how much work you are left with or you are watching something of great interest, if it is ruining your tomorrow, stop it there and go to bed.

You will have many benefits by doing so. You will not only get that time in the morning as you will get up early. But you will add enjoyment of rising early to your life and everything will go into a discipline.

If in normal routine, you are getting up at 8 o clock. But if you sleep two hours earlier, you can easily get up two hours earlier.

It’s simple maths. Our body has its own internal clock called the body clock. Train that to sleep early and to get up earlier.

Once done that, enjoy your early rising.
