We Can Always Experience The Same Moments Again

This is how we can experience old memories!

We often experience the pleasurable moments and we also experience sad moments. Our mind remembers both sad and joyful experiences of our lives. And we can recall and remember those experiences and our memories. We can make ourselves sad by remembering the sad and difficult times of our lives or we can make ourselves happy by remembering the happy times. It all depends on us.

So if you are sad today just because something is not going as it was planned or if you have failed at something then think about the time when you were very happy at something, think about the day that was very special for you. Remember the moments of pure joy. And let you experience that joy again. If you are feeling alone think about the time when you were together with your loved once. Recall and re-experience the special moments again.

Our mind is a beautiful thing we can make ourselves happy or sad at any time and on any day. If you are feeling hopeless think about the times when you were hopeful and trust yourself that you can again be hopeful, you can be again the greatest one. We feel what we think, so if we think about the worst moments we feel worst if we think about happy moments we feel joyful. So it seems it’s always up to us to feel what we want to feel. So let’s feel worthy and valuable because we are.

When we focus on the things that give us pain, we lose sight of the things that give us joy.
