My Uber driver, Mohammed, was winding up a phone conversation when I hopped in the back seat. “Sorry,” he smiled at me. “That is my brother. He is driving for Uber too — but he is lost again and so he is calling me.” He paused for comic effect, his eyes twinkling. “Google is NOOT his friend.”
