Most People Struggle with What to Write Because they Skip this Step
It’s so subtle that you barely notice it.
Struggling with what to write?
Feeling frustrated when you get nothing done?
Discouraging.
It feels like trying to find water in the Mojave Desert.
And I know you’ve tried to fix it.
Here’s what most people do when they struggle with what to write and how to start an article:
1. Stare at a blank screen for God knows how long. Trying to think of the ‘perfect’ idea or first sentence.
2. Keep writing and rewriting ad infinitum. Never satisfied. Because it could always be better.
3. Starting where they think they should start. Rather than where they are.
But the result? It gets worse.
1. You feel stuck.
2. You’re trapped by perfectionism.
3. This leads to procrastination and not getting anything done.
How do I know? Because I struggle with this myself.
And I want to kick these problems to the curb.
I love writing. But I can’t survive if I can’t get started.
