A bit of a Pickle: discover one of Britain's favorite condiments.

Pickle, what is it?

When I was working in Britain I used to talk to our department's secretary during the lunch hour. She used to often eat for her lunch a Cheese and Pickle Sandwich. I was intrigued by its unusual look. The word “Pickle” is the name of the product and not used as in America as a name for all things pickled.
