What Am I “Doing” With My Thanksgiving Leftovers This Year?

Well, I’m eating them, fool!

I spent more than 20 hours in the kitchen, preparing Thanksgiving dinner this year. That doesn’t count the previous Saturday afternoon when I made pumpkin roll and pumpkin bread as part of a virtual baking day in memory of a friend who passed away in January.
