Ever feel for something fried and crispy, but you KNOW it’s just not that good for you? This recipe will satisfy all of those desires without deep frying and it’s guilt free.

Since starting this plant-based journey, cauliflower has really become a staple in my house. It’s extremely versatile and can at times serve as a satisfying meat replacement for things like fried chicken.

Last weekend, I was really craving something crispy and fried. I had a head of cauliflower in the fridge and went to work.

Crispy Baked Cauliflower

Ingredients:
1–2 heads of cauliflower cut into bite sized pieces
1 tbsp of ground flaxseeds
1/4 cup of warm water
1/2 cup of nuts or seeds that you like
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Trini Green seasoning
Soy sauce
Ketchup
Cayenne pepper
Sea salt
Black pepper
Mustard
