A Job with Responsibility
What if we were all given one job to do on earth and we were to all work for the same company?
Can you begin to imagine what the job description would look like?
What would our job responsibilities be?
How could one business employ 7.5 billion people?
Who on earth would want to be the CEO?
There is one person who would not bat an eyelid at being CEO of a company employing 7.5 billion people. Our CEO would be God. Let’s face it, he is probably the only person who would willingly and lovingly take the job. He had a hand in creating the earth and knows all about the Universe so running a company employing the world’s population would be something fitting for his expertise and experience.
As for a one job description fits all approach — what would that look like?
Our sole responsibility is to reflect to each other the light and love of God.
So, if we look at the world’s population currently and then look at the responsibility God has given us, are we all employable? Do we even know what it means to reflect the light and love of God to each other?
God loves business and he takes a very simple approach to anything he does, including running a business. He is simply asking us to be loving with ourselves and each other. For you cannot reflect love to another if you are not living it yourself. He also presents that the love in which we can hold ourselves and others is forever deepening which means we can never stop learning to be more loving.
There are some people living now who shine brightly the love and light of God on earth and it is like they have always known that they are working for God. They seem to be steady in their commitment and dedication to God and consistent in their energetic responsibility and energetic integrity as they go about living very normal lives. This means that these human beings haven’t forgotten that everything they express, act and think, carries an energetic quality, one that either harms or heals, and therefore they work tirelessly at bringing healing to the world. A responsibility that they live freely, joyously and lovingly.
However, many of us, are not consistently living this level of energetic responsibility on earth even though we know that we can be, and deep down we know that we have always worked for God as well. God has pulled us up on our performance, as we have been shirking our responsibility. However, God’s love for us is unwavering, he is the most loving CEO any of us have ever encountered. He asks us to let everyone see our grace and beauty all the time, as that is what he sees. His reflection is tireless in its purpose, quality, love, commitment, and responsibility. You never see him slacking off, selling himself out, harming others or choosing to check out or distract himself from work. Settling for a comfortable job is not on his radar and cannot be what any of his employees want or seek.
So, God has the potential to have 7.5 billion people living in all corners of the globe reflect the light and love that he is in systems, practices, work places, countries, religions, neighborhoods, schools, politics, industries, professions and relationships. His company is the only company that will see energetic responsibility lived on earth by all.
Energetic Responsibility is a way of life lived by all that will bring healing to our planet earth and its population.
