Cryptonite Reveal Event
After 19 days of incubation, OWN Genesis eggs will finally get hatched into a Cryptonite on 7th June, 12 PM UTC / 5.30 PM IST. This blog covers everything you might want to know about the reveal event and the cryptonites that will come out of the eggs.
More than 550 NFT Owners will hatch their genesis Cryptonite egg in the reveal event. To reveal the Cryptonite you can head on to the OWN Mint page. You can connect your wallet to see all the eggs and click on the “Reveal” button to get your Cryptonite.
Each cryptonite will have various properties like:
- Clan
- Cryptonite Rarity
- Body Part Rarity
Clan Types
Every Cryptonite will get one of the 12 clans with equal probability.
Cryptonite Rarity Level
Every Cryptonite can get any one of the one rarity levels:
- Common
- Rare
- Epic
- Legendary
Legendary NFTs will be the rarest in the OWN Cryptoverse hence the chance of any egg converting into a legendary NFT will be lowest (5%). The probability of other rarities will be comparatively higher.
Out of 4800 Cryptonites that will come into existence on 7th June, only 240 will be Legendary NFTs. So if you end up owning a legendary creature you have all the reason to celebrate 🍾!!!
Body Parts
There is a total of 7 body parts every Cryptonite will have — eyes, horns, mouth, wings, body pattern, tail and ears. Legendary NFTs will have body armour as well to protect the Cryptonite in the game.
Each of the 7 body parts will have 3 types of rarities:
Special
Each body part will have 1 Special type (like a Special eye, Special ear, etc.). Each body part will have a 10% chance to get the special type of the part.
Special body parts are allocated to only Genesis NFTs which means they cannot transfer genetically to the offspring🍀
Extraordinary
Each body part will have 1 Extraordinary type (like an Extraordinary eye, Extraordinary ear, etc.). Each body part will have an 18% chance to get the Extraordinary type of part.
Extraordinary body parts can be transmitted to the offspring through breeding, but the chances of that happening will be pretty low.🍀
Ordinary
Each body part will have 4 Ordinary types. The probability of a body part getting an ordinary rarity will be 72%.
Early Game Access
All the NFT owners will be able to get their early game access entry through the mint website. Users with Early access will be able to play the raffle game on 20th June. The early users will get 5 raffle tickets at the time of signup and 10 raffle tickets every day till the public launch.
Raffle draws for early access users will have $1000 worth of rewards daily.
