Prediction Game — Earn big in minutes! ⏰
It’s been an exciting time here at One World Nation. We’ve just launched our second game, Prediction!
In this game, players have the chance to test their knowledge of the crypto market by predicting the price movement of various cryptocurrency tokens in five minute intervals.
Prediction was earlier in beta for holders of certain Cryptonites only but is now open to all users and can be played with borrowed assets as well.
How it works?
To play, simply select a Cryptonite and make a prediction on whether the price will go up or down within the next 5 minutes. You will win a multiple on your bet amount. You can see the multiples on the Up and Down buttons.
It’s fun & simple, most importantly — you earn big in minutes!
But Prediction isn’t just about earning rewards. It’s also a great way to learn about the crypto market and improve your understanding of how different tokens behave — How to identify chart patterns? How to make sense of candlesticks?
With a variety of tokens to choose from, you’ll have the opportunity to explore different corners of the market and see how different coins respond to various market conditions.
Why Prediction when there’s already Crypto Fantasy?
Just like Crypto Fantasy, being a regular player of Prediction is a useful tool for traders to hone their skills, manage risk effectively, stay up-to-date on market developments and improve your overall understanding of the market.
While both games test your understanding of price movement and volatility, there are some key differences between the two games:
Unlike Crypto Fantasy, Prediction is more fast paced and consists of multiple five minute rounds throughout the day, so you can always keep playing — and winning!
Prediction Gameplay
When you launch Prediction, you will first see the list of tokens that are available. Currently, we have ADA (Cardano), BAT (Basic Attention Token), BTC (Bitcoin) and SAND (Sandbox).
Each card will display a countdown timer which starts at 5 minutes when the initial price gets locked. This is known as the ‘Locked Price’.
Your goal is to predict before the countdown starts whether the price will be more (UP) or less (DOWN) than the Locked Price at the end of 5 minutes.
Even if you’re right just by 0.01% you still win. The winning margin doesn’t matter.
Betting Odds
However, there is a margin that matters — the amount of money you bet.
In Prediction, there is a concept called ‘Odds’ — which depends on the amount you bet and the total prize pool.
Your odds refer to your position against the popular opinion. Betting against the popular opinion, gives you the chance to win more.

Rarity & XP
Lastly, the rarity and XP of the Cryptonite you choose also has a contribution towards your winning.
Just like in Crypto Fantasy, the higher the rarity and XP, the more it will impact the performance — either positively or negatively.
The rarity bonus is 30% for Legendary, 20% for Epic, 10% for Rare in addition to an incremental bonus of 0.5% for each XP level.
When you choose your Prediction, you will be shown the list of Cryptonites that you have in your arsenal (wallet) to play Prediction with.
You may also use borrowed NFTs to play, in which case you would share 10% of your winnings to the lender to whom the Cryptonite belongs to.
And that’s pretty much all there’s to Prediction. Told you it was simple.

Who is Prediction for?
As mentioned earlier, Prediction can be a useful tool for traders or those who want to get started with trading.
To get good at Prediction, a basic understanding of Chart Patterns and Candlesticks is recommended. You would need to have a confident grasp of basic arithmetic to understand how the markets move. You must become familiar with terms like momentum, trading volume, trendlines and more.
To help you with the same, along with each Prediction card there is a real-time token graph that you can study to make your prediction.
