3 things that you are grateful for:

- For pleasure and pain

- For the morning rain

- For myself

1 thing that you can do better:

- Amor Fati

Thoughts:

What is so addictive about love? That feeling of being understood and accepted, of being seen and wanted, that feeling of trust so you open up to in the most vulnerable way, that feeling of complete surrender and openness, of presenting yourself to the other one in your most naked and vulnerable form, for that feeling of melting into each other and being one, for that sensation of belonging to and with someone forever, for that realization when looking in the eyes of each other that deep down on both sides there is a child that’s craving to love and be loved, for being real and loved for it. That are some moments that you would want to capture and relive them till the infinite and beyond that.

Notes:

I like the feeling of putting myself on these pages, that sensation of sculpting in time.

This life has all you need.

Heaven and hell are your own creations.

This too will pass, so enjoy your youth and don’t create more misery than it is.

Embrace every moment and not squeeze it to death. Every moment is and should be full in and by itself.

Treat anything and everyone like an end by itself, not like a mean to an end.

Give yourself, that’s how you find who you are.

Be your own kind of beautiful

I love the work I’m doing now

I will never be ashamed with who I am, do or say

Notes from the chapter put first things first:

Manage form the left (order & structure), lead from the right (creativity & vision)

Human unique capabilities: self-awareness, imagination, conscience, independent will

Discipline drives from disciple

Organize around priorities

The challenge is not to manage time but to manage ourselves

Rather than focusing on things and time, preserve and enhance relationships and results (P/PC balance)

Satisfaction and frustration is a function of expectations and realizations

Think ahead, prevent and be prepared

On saying no — the enemy of the ‘best’ is often the ‘good’

Forms follow functions and management follow leadership

The key is not to prioritize what’s on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities

First three habits: 1- You are the programmer 2- write the program 3- run the program (live it)

Effectiveness is with peoples and efficiency with things

Principle: Peoples are more important then things

Independence is an achievement, interdependence is a choice that only independent people can make

Private victories precedes public ones, self-mastery and self-discipline is the foundation for good relationships with others

It is the weak that are cruel, gentleness can only be expected from the strong

It is more noble to give yourself completely to one individual than to labor diligently the salvation of masses

Every P (production) problem is a PC (production capability) opportunity. Every problem can be an opportunity for growth and any obstacle can be the way

Daily stoic:

“Whenever you get an impression of some pleasure, as with any impression, guard yourself from being carried away by it, let it await your action, give yourself a pause. After that, bring to mind both times, first when you have enjoyed the pleasure and later when you will regret it and hate yourself. Then compare to those the joy and satisfaction you’d feel for abstaining altogether. However, if a seemingly appropriate time arises to act on it, don’t be overcome by its comfort, pleasantness, and allure — but against all of this, how much better the consciousness ofconquering it.” — EPICTETUS, ENCHIRIDION, 34

“It’s important to connect the so-called temptation with its actual effects. Once you understand that indulging might actually be worse than resisting, the urge begins to lose its appeal. In this way, selfcontrol becomes the real pleasure, and the temptation becomes the regret.”

Speed reading:

Notes:

You are losing focus because you read too slow

Your eyes are attracted to motion

By using your finger while reading you are more in touch with your reading. You got it?:)

Day review:

5:10 Wake up with an erection

Go in the garden and wait for the sun to pop up while moving and stretching a little

Then play a little with Mike (Obs: cats are erotic creatures)

Read, write, post on medium and start listening to Jim Kwik podcast on speed reading

Eat breakfast (8:00)

Sleep half an hour

Write something to someone

Continue reading the third chapter of the book

Get out for some sunshine and movement

Run almost naked through the little forest near by

Lunch

Then after some hour sleep again

Then finish the third chapter and write down the ideas

Then listen this video about the art of learning:

Then some music:

and draw this:

Next some more music:

Then some posts on instagram

And finally starting the day review

Next some sleep I guess or end with this:

and this song:
