Thoughts:
Forget love, start with liking first. When you want to do or start something new it’s needed to be some attraction regarding that thing, something that will make you keep returning to it, hopefully some valuable skill to you. Love on the other hand is a verb, and it takes time, energy, effort, action, practice, consistency and perseverance. Nothing worthwhile is built over night, there is a gradually and constant process of improvement towards your target. And also to make the process more pleasurable think of the target achieved and what it can lead to.
Believe in one thing: yourself and your ability to figure things out (confidence). This should come by default. If you’re not believing in yourself how do you expect that someone else will? How would you start anything if you don’t have that confidence that you can do it? You need a little courage for any start, for taking some risks and being comfortable with some uncertainty. For God sake, your condition of human being by its core definition is an adaptation machine with the environment around. Are you not aware of how you are? You can adapt and change yourself in order to better navigate in your conditions. If you don’t like something about yourself, change it, you are not a tree. In this Romanian culture is this idea going around that people don’t change, but this is so ludicrous and unattached to reality. Just by looking back of yourself from some years ago and you will see what I mean.
