Thoughts:

“Thank you! for this day”, this should be your firsts words in the morning, don’t take anything for granted. After that get up and smash some cold water on your face or body, this will surely wake you up. Than some kinds of exercise, yoga, push-ups, jumping, it doesn’t matter just move your body for at least 15 minutes. Outsmart your brain by changing your physiology and by the way music goes very well with movement. Than read/listen something new, invests in your mind, expand it, you can skip the meal but do not skip feeding your mind. After eat something, something light because you will carry that with you, put the right fuel in, test and find what is better for you. Okay but in order to do all this you need to get up early, and I think one hour is enough for this routine.

Starting form yesterday and continuing today, I learn that empathy isn’t enough to temper violence and aggression but even worst your attachment to someone can make you be unfair regarding others that are in the same situation. So self-control had to come in to play, on that part I learn that your good and bad angels that are fighting in your heads are nothing more than parts of your frontal lobes of your big brain (‘the good angel’) and your parts of your midbrain, your reptilian brain (‘the bad angel’). What I mean by “bad angel” is the desire for instant gratification that comes from the limbic system (the reptilian brain). By “good angel” I mean self-control and the frontal lobes are responsible of many forms of self-control. And this make so much sense now, that human behavior can be better understand by studying our hardware, it is just common sense. But a year ago this it would not have been so easy to comprehend because of the religious influences, the same group of people with the same ideas, and that for sure inhibit me to see the truth for what it really is. But I stopped believing in things for bead reasons, contesting the absolutes claims and start seeking for the truth and not taking something for granted when lacking good evidences and reason.
