3 things that you are grateful for:

- For vocal chords, tongue and voice, ability to express and communicate my thoughts

- For books, and for the capacity to read and understand

- For the ability to write, to catch my thoughts on a piece of paper

1 thing that you can do better:

- Humility ,knowing that you don’t know enough(about you and about the world), that is always something to be learn and that the other person knows something that you don’t.

Symbol: Socrates — the one that knew he didn’t know anything and was always searching for the truth.

Notes:

Time seems to go slowly when you keep track of your days

You get what you put in regarding you mind, your body, your relationships etc.

Thinking errors for the art of thinking clearly by Rolf Dobelli:

31. Inductive thinking is the assumption that if something happened so many times until now, will still happen. Like that this heart will still keep beating until tomorrow. Any certainty is provisory only death and taxes are now certain.

32. Loss aversion, losing $100 cost you a greater amount of happiness than gaining $100, we are more sensitive to negative than positive.

33. Social loafing, the performance of the individual in a group tend to decrease, peoples behave differently in an group than they do when alone
