Thoughts:
I guess that in some way I was always been searching for the truth. Craving for clarity and appreciating the essence more than the shape, mostly wanting something real and authentic. This I guess I one of the reasons why I didn’t buy into the shallowness of the messages preached in the church. I saw in the people that were preaching much hypocrisy and lack of oratory skill, there was not any essence and flash in their messages. It seems that they didn’t believe and lived what they were preaching, because was no power in their message. And this is pretty clear, you can give me something that you don’t have, and didn’t experience or actually lived. Without the actual real and authentic experience, your words are shallow, with no power and energy that I could really feel. You are contagious by the energy that you are transferring and vibes don’t lie. Children are very good at detecting these energies, because before understanding the language they have to detect the mood and the behavior of the persons they interact with. The non-verbal language and queues is more important that the verbal one.
Another interesting and logical idea that I remember form Jordan Peterson and from Carl Jung is that in order to be the hero, first you need to be the villain or the monster. So in order to be the hero of your life, you first need to be the monster. The hero is the result of a controlled monster. In order to change anything in your life and otherwise, you need to embrace your dark side and use and channel that raw energy and power of your monster in something productive for your life. The hero without the monster is weak, naïve and will not have the fortitude and resilience to stand against the challenges that will come in order to make a positive difference in your life. I imagine the hero like a knight riding a great beast or a dragon. The hero is a controlled monster, and for that matter a more powerful creature.

Life is a construct
Life has two phases: first is Accumulation and second is Editing
Use the tension and the pressure for getting better, you are flexible and can adapt to anything like Viktor Frankl said
You will have what you create
Stop killing your time for someone else
You are here to thrive no survive
Nirvana = LET GO
