Thoughts:

First take full ownership and responsibility for your life, every area of it. You have to do it otherwise you will have a life dictated by others. I don’t say it’s a bad thing if you like the life of the person who is giving the advice, but if you don’t go deaf. If you are properly taking care of every area (health: food, workout, sleep; wealth: one steady income flow and one passive if possible; love: partner, family, friends) of your life you can start any awesome project you want to accomplish. Once you proper balance this three pillars (health, wealth, love) happiness is a secondary effect.

You are the only one responsible for your life, realize that already and take the wheel. You are the last line of defense. You need to hold yourself in all the ways. Manage your mind by using your body. Kill the ANTs (automatic negative talk) use words and believes that empowers and helps you. Your life is in your hands. You can make it great or destroy it completely.

Open your mind for solutions. Break everything to pieces and small actionable steps. See everything for what is it, don’t amplify it and let fear paralyze you. Use your head and take action. It’s your job to push and take care of yourself. Don’t doubt yourself, doubt your skills. If your current methods for dealing with stuff don’t work, improve or find new ones.

Identity drives behavior, so change your identity to fit your direction. You also need self-awareness, knowing your strengths, the way you performed at your best and with whom, that’s a must have.
