3 things that you are grateful for:

- For the capacity to learn and understand

- For all there is (aware or unaware of it)

- For the vast varieties of foods

1 thing that you can do better:

- Blocking distractions (getting focus -> flow)

Notes:

Seek and you will find

What I will miss the most after all this ends is me

To be free you have to let go

Ask your SELF

32. SLOT MACHINE PROBABILITY & CHASING THE MIRAGE (how to step out of the cave into a more accurate reality)

You can do all the stuff at the best you can and still don’t get the results that you want

You didn’t quite hit the moon as you thought, maybe is your convictions and philosophy

You can always do a better life

Examine your convictions and throw out what is not working and helping to get to a better trajectory

Not everything but things get better with time (just look at the world now)

We stand on the shoulders of giants

Don’t chase the mirage be grounded on reality

Put your feet on fire and get used with it (cut the bullshit and do the work)

When you look back in time you laugh at the convictions the past generation had but as you laugh at them also future generations will laugh at yours

Just cut the bullshit

Less conviction and more investigation (observation)

Let of black and white mentality

Accept uncertainty

Move to the slot machine probability

2 slot machines/opportunities (left — 1 win in 10 tries and right 1 win in 20 tries), of course you choose the left one

You have to go with the numbers when you are a crossroad (to have a tool for choosing -> math and numbers)

A mirage is a dangerous thing (waste of time, the most precious thing you have)

Get out from the Platon cave and see the light (reality) let you philosophy in the cave

Remember you can do the right thing and still don’t get what you want

Nothing happened over night

Practice day in and day out (put the cotter in the machine)

You need to give the world time to caught up

Stick with the path (for the good life) no matter the circumstances

Know when you are sitting to the wrong machine (that time doesn’t come back)
