Persistence is omnipotent

Avoid the extremes the stubborn or the dabbler and find that middle ground — knowing when to hold it and when to let it go based on your strengths

A mistake is just an experiment that was running for too long

You need some hate in your business if you don’t have it you don’t exist

Social pressure creates fear

You can’t please everyone and you should not

Fear annihilation — exposure therapy (face your fears)

You can escape your fear completely but you can train your brain to handle them better

(see your fears more clearly)

Aging –fear of losing the hormones that will drive you

Giving to charity rewires your brain (escape you from scarcity mode)

Emotional stability (toughness) is needed in high risk environments

You need scars

You get happy when you overcome yourself (The upside of your dark side)

Happiness comes from building (accomplishment, build slowly)

To get what you want you have to deserve what you want
