Thoughts:
It said that when you truly love someone, you do anything necessary to make them feel good and safe, so why not using the same approach and way of thinking for yourself. The whole world can love you, if you are not loving yourself, believing in you and that you deserve better you will have a very hard time living. Because if you don’t have a good, loving, caring and supporting relationship with yourself everything else is just noise and unsustainable stuff, you will always run from yourself looking outside of you for something that is not under your control. You will seek for someone else’s love, but how in the world are you able to ask or demand love form outside when you, the one that knows you the best, are not able to give it to you.
You need to accept who you are, deep down you know how are you really like, you need to be aware and embrace all your strengths, shortcomings, your angels and demons, every side of you and work with that. Good news your personality is fluid, you can change, create yourself, you are what you allow yourself to be, you become what are you constantly doing, regarding that what you do not hate soon you will tolerate, but anyway be good for yourself and the others around you.
Back to love, by starting to understand, observe and love yourself, your relationships with others will also get better, because you will see in them something that you already saw in you and also when everything is right inside yourself, you are less likely to be nasty with others. But in order to fully understand yourself, you need to love yourself first, because love and empathy are major, necessary components need to deeply understand and fully comprehend another human being. So after all this talking about love don’t you think that you should write a love letter to yourself?

Use a ‘DID IT’ list, it will boost your confidence, and you will be more likely to take the next task
