3 things that you are grateful for:

- For artists

- For the book I’m reading

- For this perfect time and context

1 thing that you can do better:

- Smile

Thoughts:

I’m alive now because I took full ownership over my life. If I had not done that, then some months back my parents would have been to my funeral (or not even that) and none of this would have been created. Honestly and more accurately I was a coward. I was not able to do it so here I am. And because I didn’t had the strength to do it I find the strength to keep on living taking 100% responsibility for my life (every area). So because I was not able to end this stupid game I’ve made the commitment to play it the best I can, to create a masterpiece of being and living something that I will do it all over again. I’m glad I did and like Tim Ferriss said it: ”After the even what was scared me the most was the element of chance”.

Notes:

This game will never stop (you can even pause)

The key is: sustain obsession for learning, adaption and growth. Perseverance alone is omnipotent.

These days I was in love with everything. I really don’t deserve a lot of things that I have. So what better ways to show gratitude then use them as properly as I can and share from my blessing with others?

Someone said that to write a good book you first need to become the book. (this journal is me put in words)

I finally create a system that works pretty well (of course updates will be necessary)

Your life is up to you. You choose (of course from what is it and there is a lot, this life and world has all you want you just have to choose)

Greatness isn’t born is grown

Struggle is a biological requirement for building myelin (or muscle)

There is so much life (in and out)
