Don’t be lazy, all the anxiety that you have regarding your work, financial security, health, friends etc. is just an excuse to be lazy, not taking action and being responsible. If you don’t work than don’t expect to eat. What happened to you? All this shitt is only in your mind, all that fear and pressure that you feel. I’m amazed that you manage to keep going like this for almost two weeks now. But if you don’t stop with this anxiety and tension from your body, your fears will come true and will start with your health first. And with that everything will start falling apart. Man this is just the beginning, and even if is the end of something is the beginning for something else.

Attack the problem that is in front of you, or you will be attack by it.

Stop hurting yourself. I know that you feel incompetent, stop saying that, watch your words, stop saying lies. Someone vary important is listening and that person is you. Just look back to all the stuff you get through.

The same old question: to keep going or let go? Do you have a backup plan? Control or uncertainty?

The problem is never the problem but your perception of it. What you believe becomes true for yourself, so peak your believes carefully.

Be true, kind and work your ass off.
