Day review:

the hardest day to start (still struggling with depression and anxiety)

i really need to start being good for my brain (killing those ants)

there are moments when i can believe that i’m still here

i have to change this some how, the nuances of my reality were too dark lately

but i’m here and i still can write these words

time to take it slow and get better (really start practicing the highest teaching: self — love)

my brain is the most important asset that i have and often how little care i provide

that’s being dumb
