3 things that you are grateful for:

- For not knowing with what should I begin

- For health and a very solid one despite all my attempts to destroy it

- For being able to move (and some many other things that I take for granted)

1 thing that you can do better:

- Gratitude (much more)

Notes:

You understand something only through direct experience

Survival fabricates itself and always fails, it creates itself by lying and division but the truth (oneness and emptiness) and always get it in the end

You are IT — nothingness that wants to experience itself in all the infinites ways that is capable of

Nothingness and emptiness are the raw material of reality (everything). All is created through infinite intelligence and out of love for knowing itself and observing itself from all the infinite points views there was, are and that will be. It’s all infinite created out of love and for love of being and experiencing itself

You and all there is, is just GOD experiencing itself (out of SELF love through infinite intelligence)

40. PRACTICAL PESSIMISM, PARIS HILTON’S GRANDFATHER, & CONTEMPLATING THE DOWNSIDE (the fine balance of proper perspective)

2 default outlook on life: negative and positive

Practical pessimism — you move towards optimistic goals with pessimism not negativity (the tool that gets you to the optimistic goal)

Having in front of you all your outcomes and preparing for it

Fear is functional (use it to be more focused)

Spend your life preparing for the worst and you will be happier for doing it

End game optimism

Fate that you will hit your target, also persistence and consistency with your shoots

On the future use optimism (fate grounded on reality, seeing what other can’t see)

Be practical with you downside (low times)

Do what is difficult when is easy

Now is the younger you will ever be

Fortune favors the brave that are prepared

Balance between the extremes (negativity and positivity)

To get where you want expect the unexpected
