Tell the truth about how you are and what you can or not.

Lack of action increases anxiety.

Nothing happens if you don’t move. Something sill happens; you start overthinking and most probably you will stop yourself from doing what you intended. Sometimes is the right thing to do, but most of the time is not. I think action is needed when the results of that action will have a positive outcome on the long term.

The hardest think you will ever do is thinking by yourself.

Remembering that you are going to die is the best way to I know to avoid the trap of thinking that you have something to lose. You are already naked. There is no reason not to follow your heart. — Steve Jobs ( I’m still thinking of this )

An idea is like a virus and the host is the human mind. An idea can be so powerful that it makes the person die for it, and then it finds another host. The idea will keep on living as long there are human minds. And this is also an idea. You can think recursively about what are you thinking and go on like that forever. You will have thoughts about thoughts and so on. And this is very impressive, depending on your imagination and knowledge you can expand from one word too all sorts of thoughts and ideas.
