I really don’t know what being grateful means
All I God and God is loving itself
Give yourself the same love that you want to give someone that you really like
I’m in such a good place and context now and I let myself so often be the bitch on my narcotic mind (thoughts)
Let’s have a diet of killing ANTs (automatic negative thoughts, the ones that are not practical) at least this week

The way you interact with peoples will make or break your life
For social interaction
20% weird factor — more than 20% weird is not ok they become treacherous
Watch out for high weird factor (avoid them)
Everyone have weird stuff but 20% is enough
The cabbage mind — people that are something only because their upbringings are that way
Avoid strong unfounded beliefs
Avoid too much insecurity and weirdness
Sometimes weird is better, but sometimes weird is just stupid
Weird can be good if their creativity and intelligence is productive
Insecurity is the root of treachery
Some balance, find that middle ground
Watch the signs ahead of time (avoid too much insecurity even in yourself)
